By using the Simpson Property Services website (simpsonpropertyservices.com) or requesting services from Simpson Property Services, Simpson Electric Heating and Air, or Your Fireplace Pros, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

Services

Simpson Property Services provides electrical, HVAC, and fireplace/chimney services in McMinnville, Oregon and surrounding areas in Yamhill County. All work is performed under Oregon CCB License #36-82C.

Service requests made through this website, by phone, or through our scheduling platform (powered by Housecall Pro) are subject to availability. Providing a quote or estimate does not guarantee a fixed price until a written agreement is in place. Final pricing is confirmed after on-site evaluation.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments scheduled through our website or Housecall Pro platform are confirmed via text, email, or phone. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at (503) 550-4027 as soon as possible. We reserve the right to charge for missed appointments where the technician has already been dispatched.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and other payment methods processed through Housecall Pro’s secure payment system.

Limitation of Liability

Simpson Property Services is not liable for damages resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including pre-existing conditions discovered during service, acts of nature, or issues caused by third-party equipment or work. Our liability for any claim related to services performed is limited to the amount paid for that specific service.
